These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and y555game ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at y555game.app and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and related services.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on y555game. The existence of multiple accounts per person, household, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement.

y555game operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal, the Company may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport; recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement); and proof of payment method ownership. y555game reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC requirements are fully satisfied.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

• Bet Acceptance: y555game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including after initial acceptance, where there is evidence of technical error, odds pricing error, or suspicious betting activity.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of an obvious error in odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes caused by technical malfunction or human error, y555game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings generated as a result of such errors shall not be paid.

• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players;
• The account holder is a minor or has misrepresented their age;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the stipulated timeframe.

Upon closure of an account for cause, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where the account closure results from a breach of this Agreement by the account holder, y555game reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where the account closure is initiated by y555game without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the last verified payment method.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified real-money balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y555game, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if y555game has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Specific scenarios covered under this limitation include:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions;
• Unauthorised third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform;
• Internet connectivity failures or delays outside y555game's control;
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, y555game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless y555game and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the y555game platform;
• Your breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform;
• Any fraudulent, negligent, or wilfully misconduct act by you.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and the discontinuation of the platform. y555game reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with y555game in asserting any available defences.

y555game takes all reasonable steps to ensure the continuous and error-free operation of its platform. However, the Company does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or that the platform will be free of bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or the processing of a bet — including but not limited to server failures, software bugs, data corruption, or display errors — y555game reserves the right to void the affected transaction, return the relevant stake to the player's account, and re-run the game or bet where technically feasible. No additional compensation beyond the return of the original stake shall be due.

y555game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at y555game.app/terms-conditions and will display the date of the most recent revision at the top of the document. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue use and request account closure.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under y555game's international gaming licence, without regard to any choice-of-law principles that would result in the application of a different jurisdiction's laws.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the y555game platform, the following escalation process applies:

3. Step 3 – Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory authority under whose licence y555game operates.

Nothing in this dispute resolution process shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
